I Went The Canon
Print
I did not stop myself. I surrendered fully and went,
went willingly to those half-real pleasures,
to those that half-lurked in my thoughts ―
I went into the incandescent evening.
And there I drank the heady wines
that those unafraid of erotic pleasure drink.
