[ My life passes through sensual fluctuations ]Notes on poetics and ethics
Print
My life passes through sensual fluctuations, through fantasies (occasionally fulfilled) of an erotic nature.
My work veers towards the intellect.
     Perhaps rightly so.
Then again, my work is like this amphora I mentioned before: it is open to various interpretations.
And my love life has its manifestation, unintelligible only to the unsuspecting. If I manifested it more openly, perhaps the artistic field would not be wide enough to accommodate me, would not suffice.
I work like the ancients. They practiced philosophy, they wrote history, dramas of mythological tragedy –love-struck, so many of them– just like me.
